Some daily functions include:
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, vendors, and other persons to maintain integrity of the premises.
- CCTV Monitoring for suspicious activity.
- Contact and assist Law Enforcement or Fire Departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
- Patrol industrial or commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure integrity of the property.
- Document daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- May be asked to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time.
